Stay connected to the ocean. Stay wet.

Meet Will

Hey oh, I’m Will Buehn. I’m a lower-to-middle-aged water dude/dad from Florida, just trying to squeeze every last drop out of the ocean’s offerings.

I love my family more than anything else in the world, but I also really, really love surfing. For me, surfing is like lemon-lime Gatorade for my soul, it hydrates my spirit and recharges my stoke faster than a Tesla Supercharger.

But, I don’t get to surf nearly as much as I’d like to. You know how it is, life’s busy. (I also deal with some geographic challenges, as I live smack-dab in the middle of an already surf-deprived state, with about 100 miles of I-4 between me and the nearest reliable surf.)

So I started this community, Waterlogged, mostly selfishly as a way to stay more connected to the ocean as life tries to dry me out like a shore-locked sponge—but also to help people like you do the same.

There are a million reasons why you might find yourself drifting out of touch with the simple joy of sliding down a wave—work, school, laziness, life—but I promise, a little extra effort to keep that connection strong is worth way more than a promotion or a good-night sleep.

So, stick around because my friends and I have some off-the-wall perspectives to share. Hopefully, our mad minds and rambled rumblings will help you surf more and “learn to do other stuff really good too.”
